friday no. 5

this week's cover photo is from our January trip to Joshua Tree National Park

1. Outside Magazine just shared The 25 Greatest Moments in Yosemite Climbing History. While I had heard most of these, it was really fun to read them in order like this.

2. I love this article written by Krystle Wright What I discovered and Lost in the Pursuit of Extreme Photographs. You might recognize her name from the video I shared in last Friday's post.

3. This parody of every TED talk ever is so funny and spot on. I love TED talks, but I don't think I'll be able to watch another one without thinking of this video.

4. Did you catch Callen's blog post a few weeks ago about his go-to clothing choices for our adventures? I wrote one about women's clothes too!

5. Dog lovers, this short movie will seriously make your day. Ace and the Desert Dog follows a man and his dog as they go on a 60 day backpacking trip for his 60th birthday. Callen and I pretty much decided this was the dream! An entire desert of canyons and mesas and creeks in right in your backyard, and a good old dog that loves to explore! Perfection.
