morgan + alex's engagement session in olympic national park | hoh rainforest campsite session | washington adventure wedding photographer
When Morgan first reached out to me about her and Alex's session, she mentioned she was living in Seattle and he would be coming in from Montana, and they were down for pretty much anywhere in Washington! That is my favorite type of inquiry, so I sent them a list of a few different amazing locations around Seattle and they fell in love with the Hoh Rainforest in Olympic National Park! We has so much fun running around exploring the ancient mossy trees and the gorgeous blue water of the Hoh River with these two and their sweet pup! After wrapping up their session, we made our way back to their campsite and Alex cooked us some delicious burgers over the fire. It was so fun to hang out with them afterwards and talk about everything from wedding planning to our favorite style of camp chairs. I am in love with how these photos turned out, it feels like we were on the set of Jurassic Park!
