These two chose to do an adventurous elopement-style session with us in Grand Teton National Park a few days after their destination wedding in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. We woke up before sunrise to watch the alpenglow on the Tetons and soak in the chilly summer morning.

Erin and Justin knew from the beginning they wanted to skip the big traditional wedding day and do something smaller. When they got engaged and began making wedding plans, they decided to travel around the world from their home in Australia to elope in Yosemite National Park. Jeda and Josh already had a trip around the world planned when Josh proposed in their home country of Australia. After going through a few wedding plans, they decided to secretly elope in Yosemite National Park on their visit to the US. They read their vows to each other off of wooden Yosemite postcards on the edge of a cliff overlooking El Cap.

As soon as they got engaged, Kit and Brad knew they didn’t want a traditional wedding. Kit was scrolling through wedding inspiration on a popular wedding blog one day when she came across an elopement we’d photographed at Taft Point last fall! She knew immediately that’s what she wanted to do. I’m so glad we were able to make it happen!
